I have many reasons for home educating.

My reasons are anchored in these key components.

to honour the need for children to be with attachment figures

for more time outside in nature

for more play

for more time to be imaginative and creative

for more opportunity to nurture a growth mindset

to limit the use of technology

to offer an intrinsically motivated education

to follow the child

to have a more connected family

to have a broader curriculum

for more quiet time

for more movement

for more freedom

to learn by doing and using concrete materials

to hold my children close. Because I want their family to be their biggest influence.
